cph circle

you say what you need. the circle answers.

six to eight of us — women in tech, in copenhagen — trading real information and access instead of talking around it.

what it is

small curated gatherings. dinner, breakfast, coffee, sometimes drinks.

not networking and not another "own your voice" event — you don't need someone telling you to have more confidence, you need someone to tell you the actual number to ask for.

solidarity, in practice. women in a male-dominated industry backing each other, at level, one gathering at a time.

who this is for

you've been in tech long enough to have opinions, scars, and a slack full of half-written vents. you're not looking for career advice or your next mentor.

you're looking for the person who'll pass your name into a room you weren't in, tell you the number, and read the hard email before you send it.

not the place if you're breaking into tech — that's a different kind of support, and there are other groups who do it better.

what happens

we gather in small groups, in real places. every gathering includes one small ritual: each of us names one thing we need help with. an intro. a read on a decision. honest eyes on the version of an email you don't hate yet.

then we actually help. what happens between gatherings is where the value really lives.

we go around

each of us names one thing we need help with. out loud, specific, no hedging.

we help

an intro. a read on a decision. the number. the honest note on the draft.

we go around again

what happens between gatherings is where the value really lives.
